Nova Scotia Cotton Candy, Popcorn, and Shaved Ice Treats

How good can an event be without cotton candy, popcorn or shaved ice fun food treats. As a major supporter of the right to eat treats, we feel you deserve the very best.

What you will find is theater quality popcorn, real Chicago style cotton candy, and our very own snowball shaved ice creations. With flavors like wild cherry, raspberry, strawberries and cream, pina coloda, and many more choices, you will be glad you stopped by our new food trailer. A snowball is like a slushy or shaved ice treat only a little higher on the quality scale.

In an effort to give you the best we have hunted down ingredients from around the world to reach the peak of goodness. Let the pictures tell the story, and then your taste buds will do the rest.

A new item for this year is this concession trailer. To be honest a food trailer serves no advantage over vending other ways, except for cleanliness. No flies in the mix, no swirling wind storms carrying dirt. Just nice and squeaky clean so you get just what you ordered. Nothing more if you know what I mean.

Some of the reasons we chose this trailer is for it's size, and removeable hitch so no one bumps into heavy metal. The inside and out are fully lighted so we can do fireworks at night. The trailer also comes with it's own "QUIET" generator so no one is disturbed while we make your favorite treats.

On board are four sinks for clean up and hand washing. We are serious about clean courteous service. If you are looking for a food vendor for your next big event give us a call to see what we can do for you. We offer many options for you to consider.

Attention to Details

If you think like most people, a clean operation is attractive. That is our goal this year. Clean, squeaky clean... We want to give blue nosers the best we can do. Hope your ok with that. Now the next question that begs to be asked is why do we like snowy treats so much when we spend all winter complaining about the white stuff. Makes you wonder! I don't have the answer, but I can't wait to fire up the snowball machine for some peaches and cream toppings...
